Beverly Pegues is the co-founder and President of the Window International Network (WIN), a Christian organization developed to inform, equip and mobilize networks of prayer around the globe to empower effective evangelism, church growth and discipleship in the 10/40 Window. WIN is known worldwide for launching and facilitating the annual Praying Through the Window prayer initiatives, which have mobilized millions of believers globally for the past fourteen years.
As a minister of the Gospel, Sister Beverly is a gifted and passionate speaker at international conferences, local churches and national retreats. She has spearheaded many national and international conferences on prayer, spiritual warfare and missions in addition to numerous prayer journeys and other international efforts for the 10/40 Window. In addition to appearances on TBN and occasionally hosting the Celebration Denver show, Sister Beverly has been featured in several magazine articles. Her delightful, contagious personality reflects the warmth and love of Jesus Christ.
Beverly has authored several texts including her role as primary author of WindoWatchman I and editor role of WindoWatchman II. These books document the signs, wonders and miracles happening in the lives of the people in the 10/40 Window nations, those on prayer journeys and home-based intercessors during the Praying Through the Window initiatives. Beverly has also co-authored, The Move of the Holy Spirit in the 10/40 Window with Luis Bush.This incredible book is filled with testimonies and individual accounts depicting the mighty move of God in the 10/40 Window nations. Prayers for Children, Teens and Young Adults in the 10/40 Window, was co-authored with Nancy Huff and targets the up and coming generation of emerging leaders. Most recently, a prayer booklet, The Heart-Wrenching Cries of Sudan!: Genocide as the World Looks On, in addition to the Window Kids™ Children’s Curriculum were released. Her newest literary work is a devotional highlighting the Persecuted Church in the 10/40 Window with a chapter on each of the included 68 countries in this area. The devotional was published in 2007.
Beverly was one of the original members of the International Prayer Council. She has also taken numerous law office management and paralegal courses at Denver University School of Law, Continuing Legal Education of Colorado as well as management study at Pikes Peak Community College. She attended the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) where she earned a Paralegal Certificate. Her years of marketplace experience include: overseeing her own free lance paralegal company and a realty company called The Pegues Agency. She is also the recipient of the Woman of the Year Award from the Colorado Black Women for Political Action and a member of the International Third World Leadership Association.
Beverly lives in Colorado Springs and is faithful member of New Life Church. Her adult daughter, LaTonya lives in California.
Pastor Edward A. Smith, Chairman
Edward A. Smith was born in Los Angeles, California. He received Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in February 1973. He spent the first eleven years of his Christian life sitting under the teaching ministry of Dr. Frederick K.C. Price, Founder/Pastor of Crenshaw Christian Center, Los Angeles, California.
Edward Smith spent seven years as an instructor of Zoe Christian Leadership Training Center and served as an Elder and Executive Board member of Zoe Christian Fellowship of Los Angeles. He started Zoe Christian Fellowship of Cerritos in 1989. In 1995, Pastor Ed and the members of Zoe moved to their present church complex in Whittier, thereby becoming Zoe Christian Fellowship of Whittier.
Pastor Ed earned a BA in Applied Mathematics and a MBA in Marketing/Finance from UCLA. He is much sought after as a speaker for conferences and seminars in the U.S., as well as abroad. He was invited to Russia in 1995 to participate in training the staff of the fourth largest bank in Russia. His speaking/ministry engagements have taken him to Japan, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, and South Africa. He has graced the platforms of ministries such as Crenshaw Christian Center, Dr. Fred Price, and New York Christian Life Center, Dr. A.R. Bernard.
Before Pastor Ed entered full-time ministry, he worked in several marketing executive positions with companies such as General Mills, Ford Motor Company, Carnation Company, and Avco Financial Services. His final corporate position was that as Vice President of Marketing for Family Savings Bank in Los Angeles, California.
Pastor Ed is the Founder of the Zoe School of Economic Development, an entrepreneurial course for those seeking to be successful in business, which was featured on Warner Brother’s “Making It”; a program devoted to highlighting the accomplishments of minority entrepreneurs.
Pastor Ed led the first South African Government sponsored trip of Black entrepreneurs to South Africa. CNN Headline News spotlighted him for his ministry involvement in South Africa.
All Nations Academy of Excellence was founded for grades Infant Care and Preschool to provide a strong Christian and academic foundation for success.
Pastor Ed is the former Chairman and current Board Member of the Evangelical Christian Credit Union, the largest financier of church and ministry loans in the United States, with over $1 billion under asset management. He also serves as the Board Chairman of Window International Network. Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Window International Network is focused on bringing the Gospel to the nations within the 10/40 Window.
Pastor Ed has authored three books: Integrity: The Backbone to Success, How to Establish a Strong Prayer Life (Spanish Language) and his most recent release, The Power of Praying in Tongues.
Pastor Ed and First Lady Vanessa Smith have been married since 1975 and are blessed with four wonderful children, three sons – Joshua and wife Marcee, Eddie, and Aaron, and one daughter, Naomi.
Sister Judith Trimble
Judith Trimble is a graduate of the University of Miami and has completed graduate work at California State University, Los Angeles and University of California, Los Angeles. Before entering full-time professional ministry, Mrs. Trimble served as a Los Angeles Unified School District educator for over 26 years.
She has conducted Christ-centered retreats, seminars, and conferences for more than seventeen years in the Southern California area.
In January of 1993, Judith assisted her husband, Pastor Alton Trimble, in planting Glory Christian Fellowship International.
Currently, the Lord is guiding Sister Judith in facilitating two weekly sessions of The Daughters of Fresh Oil, our women's discipleship group program. She is also responsible for the development and management of the Christian Education Department, for youth and children, as well as assisting her husband Pastor Alton Trimble with the day to day management of the ministry and ministry to the body.
Most recently Mrs. Trimble has expanded her ministry outreach endeavors by serving as the director of Glory Christian Fellowship International's Bridges Community and Economic Development Corporation. Judith serves in the Board of Directors for Window International Network, which informs, equips, and mobilizes churches and networks of prayer for the 10/40 Window.
Among the many blessings in Judith's life, her crowning glory has been her role as wife and mother for more than 23 years.
Sister Bindu Victor Choudhrie
Bindu Shashi Sukhnandan was born in 1938 in a Christian family of committed Physician/Surgeon working in a mission hospital. She graduated in Home Economics and completed post graduation in Social Sciences, specializing in Medical and Psychiatric Social work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Bombay in 1958. She worked as a social worker for two years at the Tata Steel Plant before her marriage in 1961.
After her marriage to Dr. Victor Choudhrie, they moved to UK where Victor completed two Fellowships in surgery and Bindu worked as a social worker for three years in a hospital in London. She gave up work to take care of two sons and daughter who were born in London. After they came to India, she had a son and later adopted a son. Altogether, they have four sons, one daughter, three daughter-in-laws, one son-in-law and six grandchildren. All of them are married except the youngest son who is an MBA. The eldest son Sanjay and wife Kris reside in Gallup, New Mexico. Two sons, their wives and the daughter are doctors, serving in the local mission hospital. The son-in-law, Sunil is a pastor and currently takes care of all their administration.
Victor and Bindu returned to a small rural mission hospital where they worked for the next 18 years. While Victor was busy in developing a rural surgical and medical center, Bindu took care of his office and correspondence. Bindu was also involved actively in the Church Women’s Fellowship.
Bindu has participated in International Conferences arranged by Lutheran World Federation in Singapore on two occasions. She was trained by The Haggai Institute of Evangelism in Singapore in 1984. She was also part of the Indian delegation to the Billy Graham Crusade at Amsterdam in 1986.
In 1986, Dr. Choudhrie assumed the CEO of Christian Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana, Punjab. Bindu became the manager of a Christian School where she raised scholarships for the poor Dalit Christian children to study and be professionally trained in nursing, medical or paramedical branches. Bindu was also involved in promoting Theological Education by Extension program (TEE) and was often used by the Chaplaincy department for their spiritual programs. Bindu’ inclination and commitment to Christ helped to do spiritual counseling and be a conference speaker and teacher.
After her husband’s retirement, Bindu has collaborated with him in discipling, preparing evangelist, teaching and mentoring of Church Planters. Since 1997, Bindu has been heading a Women’s Church Planting Ministry which has blossomed into a full-fledged Priscilla Ministry where women are trained to become trainers and prepare house church leaders to go, disciple, baptize and teach all the nations. Since 1999, Bindu has been a delegate to Window International meetings at Colorado Springs, Jakarta, Ashville and Bali. She is privileged to be an intercessor and promotes prayer for Window nations.
Sister Audrey Beckett
Along with her husband, Sister Audrey owns and operates Beckett Development, a land development company in El Paso County, Colorado. From 1983 to 1994 she was the Senior Financial Analyst at World Vision U.S. for six years and then a Consultant to WVUS and WV International for six more years. She and her husband started and operate two Private Foundations called Foundation for International Research and Education (FIRE), working mainly in Orissa, India, and Center
for Environmental Diplomacy (CED), working in Israel and the West Bank.
Sister Enobong Abasi
Enobong Abasi immigrated to the USA from Nigeria in 1982. She studied at Texas Southern University and graduated with a BA in Economics and then she went to Nursing School, where she got her license and practiced as a nurse for over 25 years. Later, she earned her MBA from Columbia Southern University in Healthcare Management.
On January 1, 2000 exactly at 4am, God woke her up with a mission “ help my people to get off their knees”. To answer God’s call she founded Hope KeAbasi Foundation. whose mission is to help the poor and helpless in training, business development, and financial assistance so they could open their businesses. Currently about 100 women have been funded and more are added annually. She has travels yearly to several countries for both Medical and Micro-Business missions, countries including: Nigeria, Haiti, India and Jamaica.
Enobong serves on the board of many organizations including: Asset Building Network located in Houston, TX, Committee of Practice (CoP) in Healthcare in Houston Tx. She also serves as the Secretary in Windows International Network. Since 2002, she has established a prayer group that meets weekly to pray for 1040 Nations.
She is blessed with three daughters and a grand-daughter.
